Great primer for brush on or airbrush priming! The very dark grey is perfect for any models! The coverage is perfect and it dries within a few hours completely! The durability is not as good as a spray can but I’ve had zero issue with any flaking or peeling! The texture is also smooth and thin allowing plenty of detail to show through. Adhering is very good as it took only 1-2 coats for full coverage. For how much you get you can’t really beat the price! Would recommend for new and experienced model painters!

I bought this as a base for my models for using some the new speed paints. I like it better than a straight black as to me it feels like you get a more vibrant look. I use this and then dry brush another two levels of gray and then a very light white dry brush on top of that. It provides very good coverage using it in an airbrush even without thinning it. (I’ve also tried a little bit of airbrush medium mixed in and I have been happy both ways.). It can also be brushed on to provide a very smooth finish. I’ve always been happy with Vallejo paint and this is no exception.

Dries fast, I painted this on with a paint brush and there were no brush strokes. The acrylic paint I put over it had no problems sticking to anything. This is a great price for a quality product. I actually use this for 3d printer models, and it has been awesome so far. Usually two coats for full coverage.

Excellent product, transaction, and shipping time. I have been fine scale modeling for 50+ years and have seen how much the industry has changed with technology. Its much better today than years past to be able to enjoy sitting at the bench to build so many kits

Works well a bit thin

I don't own an airbrush or have space to use spray primer, so I have to use a brush to apply it. This color of grey is close to black, and goes on smooth and opaque with one coat using a brush. I've tried a lot of primers and this is one of the best for applying by hand with a brush.

Vallejo's reliable top quality and fast delivery.

Used it for the first time and had no issues even when using with my cheap airbrush. Add a couple drops of Vallejo flow improver and your good to go. Great coverage with no sticking or peeling issues.

今回、ファレホ・カラーでエアブラシを試してみようと思い、このプライマーを初めて購入。 塗料のノリは悪くなかったのですが、塗装後組み立てる際に被膜が剥がれてしまいました。サーフェーサーとしても少し荒いかもしれません。 他のファレホ・カラー同様にほぼ無臭であり、屋内での使用に役立つと期待していただけに残念です。最終的にトップコートなどを吹けば被膜を強化・保護できないかなど、もう少し検討したいと思います。 ※ファレホ自体は、エアブラシ・シンナーではなく水で希釈するだけでも、十分にエアブラシで塗装できました！（エアブラシ用の「Air」シリーズは使用しませんでした）

Excellent product.

As always with the Vallejo stuff this works a treat, fine through an airbrush without thinning - just keep the airbrush clean and seems to work fine. Also works nicely as a 'layer' paint, though a bit thin but works nicely as German Grey over a black base with two brushed or sprayed coats, can even add a drop of a lighter colour to it for a final highlight
