I was recommended MAG07 but I was too cheap so I got this, at half the cost. Works just as well and does the job. Start with one because I think 3 would be a major blowout

Bought this thinking it would be just as good as Mag07, but I was very wrong. This stuff still works but in a much more uncomfortable way. Mag07 = Easy, clean, solid, full cleanseThis stuff= Hot sludge that takes a while to get moving and you never feel like the cleanse is complete. Definitely going back to Mag07!

Definitely my, "go to" for sluggish bowels. I am gluten intolerant and if I occasionally eat, what I should not, my system stops. I used to use an herbal formula, but it took forever for me to realize it was causing the ileocecal valve pain! I have had NO ill effects from this. No cramping. Easy to take, no smelly tablets, no mess.

This has helped I have noticed a difference

I used Mag O7 for years (non-cramping & not habit forming), but wanted to find a more affordable alternative. Of the different ozonated magnesium products I tried, I have found products containing Oxy-Tone to be the best. This works just as well as Mag07 at a fraction of the cost. Should be taken before bed with ample water. Reviewers who said it gave them loose stool need to cut back on the amount. Those that said it didn't work need to increase their amount, barring a more serious digestive issue. It's best to start with one or two capsules and work your way up, if needed. Everyone is different and will find the number of capsules that work best for them.

work great, the only supplement that helped me get regular. I take it daily and adjust the dose as needed. It takes a few days to start working so don’t get discouraged. It gets the job done. Wish I knew about it earlier!
