Just One Sentence a Day Diary: 5 Year Journal

I've been using a "sentence a day" diary for the third year now (not this particular one though) and wish I'd used one for the last 20 years !! I get to see what exactly was happening, years ago, something I just would not have remembered had I not briefly noted it down. Brilliant idea. This journal has a lovely, informative and thought-provoking introduction. I think EVERY ONE should use one. My goal is to gift every one I love with one.
