OTTERBOX STRADA SERIES Case for iPhone 8 PLUS & iPhone 7 PLUS (ONLY) - Retail Packaging - SOFT OPAL (PALE BEIGE/PALE BEIGE LEATHER)

I was lucky enough to get this at a sale price. I love how it fits the phone and the ability to talk, turn up volume while the case is closed. I liked it so much I just bought the same item for iPhone 11 in black for my husbands phone - at twice what I paid, but worth it. M only minor complaint is the weight, but I think that's typical of OtterBox products due to the great protection they give.

In the past I've bought the Pad & Quill cases for iPhones, but as hand sets increased in price, so did these cases and it just wasn't worth it! I upgraded to a 7+ but went a year with a basic case just to keep it protected. Once I determined that this might be my last iPhone for a while, I finally committed to this case and I love it. Beautiful, well-made, has the pocket to hold cards (ID, debit, etc.) for quick trips, a brand I trust plus affordable? Yes - please and thank you. I wish I didn't wait so long.

It looks nice, probably the best I saw so far. I have to recognize that it’s the best protection among other cases and brands. On the other hand, you can put there 2 or in the best case 3 cards (id, credit and...public transportation card?), I need at least 5. Material inside doesn’t protect from stains... Colors...only 3 colors for iPhone 7/8 Plus...(Seriously?) To get a good color I will need to update my cell to the version XS :)

I have dropped my phone many times, and have had no damage. I love both the wallet style (for extra screen protection) and the fact that OtterBox has great edge and shock protection.This was my second purchase of this specific case. Because the opal color is so light, it got dirty (even though I cleaned it regularly). AND, the cover lost the magnetic closure. I believe this is just due to wear and tear. Overall, a great product!

1) If you’re looking for a wallet folio style case, you should have already accepted that there wil be the inconvenience of opening it to access your screen. When it is open, it does block the rear (main) camera, which I hadn’t thought about as this is my first folio style case. The card slot is functional, but I found it difficult to get my card in and out.2) The case is very appealing and looks and feels well made. But it does pick up color transfer and dirt pretty easily. If you always have your phone in your purse this shouldn’t be much of an issue. Mine is stained blue from denim. As for the well made- I think it holds up to otter box standards. I’ve dropped my phone many times and have no damage.3) There are reports of calls being muffled or sound quality reduced. I have experienced this a few times and I don’t know why- but when the phone is up to your ear and the case is folded back it makes a bad echo muffle and the person on the other end can’t hear you.I’ve been using it for a few months, will probably switch soon- but it’s okay for now. I wouldn’t really recommend except it was the most visually appearing wallet type case, and it had the protection of an otter box.

Obsessed with this case. Everything about it. My flip cases in the past didn't have a case around the phone but replaced the Back of the phone (last time I had one was when I had a Samsung Galaxy Years ago) this case is amazing. Feels super sturdy and looks amazing. If feels great I'm your hands and the slot of put your cards and cash is great!

The card holder is simply a cutout in the leather. Maybe hold 1 card at most.Would be a nice case for maybe 1/2 of what we paid for it. Returning it immediately.

I need to replace this expensive, handsome looking case because no one can hear me clearly when I speak (speaker turned up loud) without the earphones. The thickness of the case means that I need to talk into the microphone end of the case and that feels weird!
