i bought 6 of these i liked the look so much and the phone was fine too at first i bought these for myself and fpr work after three months they al would not even turn on .the red lite would come on when charging but nothing i think they have very cheap batteries in them like a everready aa or aaa and when ts done so are the phones .custmer service is completely non exsistance.i emailed them half a dozen times nothing o zi nothin mplete waste of money then i saw the bv 9000 pro came out two monhs ago so i bought two of them one would nt work straight out of the box and the other after a week i finally got it set up and then the touch scteen stopped working after a few days so i put back in the box planning to return itafte orgetting to do so i reopened charged it and tryed again this time nothing o zip nothing aaa alkaline battery;ockked in side dead im sure more cheap chinesse sjit dont waste your mony the only good thing about them all of there displays perfect no cracks no dents very very durable .take heed apple and smglass.

I can't believe how good these phones are. Such great hardware and such a great price. The thing is very durable and it is indeed waterproof.

Great Phone, had a few days, no problems, easy setup, switched from a Windows phone, worried about transferring, ATT had a app to do it and took 15 min. to do. Would buy again, now I will post more as I use the phone, but no way I would have went through ATT and got a phone, they cost so much!!!!

This is a great phone. It has decent specs, great battery life, and it's rugged. The thing I don't like about the phone it's that it has a deep audio jack. Standard trrs and trs won't fit and it doesn't come with an adaptor. The adaptors aren't even sold in the USA Amazon. Great phone and all but make sure you don't lose the earphones bundled with it.

Purchased what was supposed to be a "rugged" phone for $569 and it literally broke the screen on the very first drop to the floor from a height of 20 inches at the most. I contacted the company and was told there was nothing they could do for me and that basically their military standards don't guarantee jack s#&t. The only reason I purchased this phone was because their ads claim they would survive a drop from about a height of around 6ft...Anyways... Do yourself a favor and go with a legit phone manufacturer. This phone is just as resistant to drops as any Motorola, Samsung, Apple iPhone and etc. The fact that they don't back their claims and military standards with a fix or phone replacement to broken phones for drops of a height of 20 inches when they claim 6ft says it all. Pure garbage phones and zero respect for it's customers...

I bought a BV9700 Pro direct from Blackview. The screen was defective. They asked me to return it to Hong Kong. I paid $43 to ship it and it was returned as unclaimed. They refuse to do anything to assist and just told me to keep sending it and waste more money and time. Do not trust them.
