Tanologist Firming Daily Glow Body Lotion, Light/Medium, 8.45 fl oz

I am very fair and I don't sunbathe. I only pick up a little natural color in the summer from being outside and it's very subtle. This product gives me a much deeper soft golden glow. It looks completely natural with no bloching or streaking. I've only used it 3 or 4 times after a shower (every oher day) and he results are better than expected. No discernable smell, goes on easily and dries quickly. I had no trouble with knees, feet, elbows or hands getting darker than the rest of my body. This product is no for someone who expects and heavy duty dark tan but is ideal for fair skinned people.

This is not your old school tanning lotion. It doesn’t leave streaks, doesn’t make you orange. However, it does not give natural tan color, but it’s close enough. It blends in very well. The texture is nice, non greasy, absorbs quickly. Doesn’t rub off on your clothes, you can literally wear white right after application. However, after several uses, I noticed that my white bath towel had acquired a bit of an orange tint… and I only used it after the shower. My guess is the color doesn’t rub off when dry, but if wet it does, so make sure you scrub yourself really well, or don’t use white towel. It takes a few applications to see the results. I purchased “light to medium”, because my skin is very light. After two applications I noticed no difference at all. It took me five applications to notice a bit of a tan. Also, more applications did not make me darker. You can see on the pictures: “Picture 1” is before. “Picture 2” is after two applications, “picture 5” is after five, and “picture 8” is after eight applications. I think next time I will try to get a “medium to dark” for a darker look. Over all 5 stars.

I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks now and I really like it. I bought the light to medium shade because I didn’t want a drastic difference, just a little color. I have sensitive skin and this does not bother me. It rubs in nicely and doesn’t smell bad either. My only complaint is that it says it is a moisturizer but I’ve noticed my skin looking dryer since I’ve replaced my regular lotion with this. Overall, I am happy with it. In the picture you can see a slight color difference in my arm to my hand. I do not put the lotion on my hands so you can see the light tan it gives me on my arm.

I think this is a highly underrated product that isn’t spoken about enough. Not sure how my algorithm found it, but I’m very pleased. I have tried other tanner lotions and they always streak or wipe off easily. This one really absorbed into my skin and looks very natural with just a subtle glow. I am very fair skinned but now I have a touch of a tan. And it smells so good!

Doesn’t show color after 1-2 uses. I never have time to apply 3 days in a row so maybe the color change is too light for me to notice. It has a slight smell and it’s exactly like the drugstore self tanning lotion smell. Definitely not as potent though.

I am really impressed with this self-tanner! The directions recommend applying it daily, but I’ve been using it every other day and have still gotten great results. It gives me a natural-looking tan without looking orange or streaky. I apply it with a tanning mitt right after I shower, and it goes on smoothly and evenly. It’s easy to use, and I’ve been very happy with how my tan has developed. I will definitely keep using this product!

Why would you ever step into a tanning bed or lay in the sun with this product available. I recommend using a glove of some kind to apply, as application is everything! Exfoliate your skin first and use a makeup brush around your ankles and elbows. Within two days you’ll have a glowing tan. After that, I use every few days. I am fair skin with reddish hair so I use light to medium.

I liked the smell of this self tanner. Unfortunately, it did not do anything for my skin tone. I used the whole bottle and saw no noticeable change to the color of my skin. Very disappointed because I want a safe alternative to tanning.

Very thin liquid but applies ok after a shower. I find the smell gets on my nerves especially later in the day, it lingers all day. Otherwise reasonable product. Bottle flimsy abd tends to twist when used, almost unscrewing the lid which is annoying.
