Nice construction and adjustment capabilities holds my large s22ultra very well
Awesome little device that makes it possible to capture stable video from the view through many view finders. Scopes telescopes microscopes monoscopes binoculars, I have a s22ultra which is a fairly large device and it fits. The adjustments are incremental and perfect for the application. Great construction and material quality. Easy to use allows you to capture images and videos while holding your phone over the eye piece precisely where you need it. It holds my heavy phone securely

PERFECT COMPLEMENT FOR DIGISCOPING
OVERALL Rating: Upon purchase, I didn't realize the heft (strength, construction & materials used) of this device. Upon receipt, and feeling the quality of construction, I felt right off this would not disappoint.FEATURES: Ease of use: Very simple design with straight-forward observation and use of adjustment knobs. Combining aluminum and steel together to perfect a working mechanism, that operates flawlessly, is great. The "auger" mechanisms are finely threaded providing minute adjustments without the "jumping & skipping" as found on some devices. I have an iPhone XR with a case attached. This tridapter indicates it will hold up to 90 mm wide phone. I was skeptical about my phones case width but, the tridapter opens approximately 3mm wider than my phones/case, easily accepting that width.Quality of Material: I was about to purchase a less expensive device but I noticed it was made of "composite materials" and, having experienced these types of materials in the past and the ease of damage to them, I opted for this Tridapter constructed of aluminum for secure purposes. It is somewhat heavier than the composites, but, I prefer rigidity over less substantial materials that I feel wouldn't hold up over the long run. This Tridapter easily and without damage, fits over the 38mm eyepiece of my spotting scope without crushing the rubber eyepiece and allows for the minute adjustments while also allowing me to increase or decrease power settings without having to remove the tridapter but is not overburdenly heavy as to hinder scope operations and movements.Sturdiness: With an all-metal construction, steel and aluminum, this tridapter could not be any more sturdy. In my personal opinion, this device reminds me of the M-14 rifle I was issued in boot camp in 1971 -- very intricate piece of equipment and built like a Sherman tank. As stated, I see this tridapter going the distance for a very long time to come without fail. The only thing I can think of, is that over time and use, if a person utilizes this tridapter frequently, it likely will require a small drop of lubrication on the adjustment screws; this however, would only be expected and is in no way a default.I would HIGHLY recommend this item to anyone seeking a similar device for digiscoping. As my headline reads: this is a PERFECT complement for digiscoping.

Best scope cam mount to date
I have tried various scope mounts over the past 5+ years including the Celestron – NexYZ, Side shot, and various other cheaper mounts. This one by far is the best. The precsion adjustnments as well as the build quality makes it a clear winner. A few things to point out, and the reason it only recieved 4 stars: 1. The eye relief adjustmenrt WILL NOT extend far enough to use on a rifle scope. This is no faullt of the product however, as it does not claim to be able to be used with that type of optic. If the adjustment did go that far out then it would be devastatingly killer. Rifle scopes (good ones) have a generious amount of eye relief for obvious reasons. 2. I have a crap Simmons spotting scope with 0 eye relief, and this mount is the only one I have been able to get dialed in. It also works well with my Vortex Bino's as well as a super cheap & cheesy Monocular. Works with my Samsung Galaxy S21 ultimate just fine-even with a Otter Box Defender case on. We MUST understand 1 thing. ALL scope cam mounts are a PITA to get adjusted correctly. They are major fiddly regardless who says otherwise or what Youtuber you have seen to the contrary. This one is the least amount of a pain to get adjusted, I can assure you of that. Yea, it was $50...but I think it was worth it. Im sure the Trigger Cam 2 or the Tactacam 5.0 would be more ideal but I'm not spending that kind of money on a mount thats going to be used ever so often. Im not a content creator after all.
