A good choice
This is a wonderful product for those suffering from corns. I eased my pain and proved me great comfort. I ordered 3 packages each containing 2 pairs. That amounts to 6 pairs for only one foot, so I have 12 items. I have lots of shoes!

Great when placed properly in your shoes.
I put these along the outer edge of the insole the shoes come with and below the metatarsal heads. The tissue there then moves up and lifts the heads of the metatarsal, heads helping to prevent the dreaded hammertoes. If I then walk correctly what a difference it makes. I do use the inijinji toe socks also, and sometimes correct toes. Happy feet when toes splay properly. I have ordered these many times without problem. The last time they sent the wrong ones, they were ovals in stead of the t forms and they do not work the same. So now what would have been a 5 star review has to be a 4 star review.

Neuropathy Relief for Sandals?
I've got Neuropathy in both feet but still want to use sandals. I was born and live in San Diego and have always used Reef Sandals after work as well as at the beach. Since I have orthotics for my boots and dress shoes, I wondered if I could use the same idea with sandals. Yes there are special sandals you can purchase that cost a fortune, but being kind of a "I don't know if I can do something until I have tried and failed" kind of guy, I decided to tackle this.First I use the best padded Reef Sandal I could find. Amazon has a good supply of Reef Sandals you can choose from.. I can personally attest to the Reef Men's Fanning Sandal that is plenty cushy. I wore them for a few days before placing the pad and felt somewhat OK with them but I still had about 50% burning pain. I then purchased the metatarsal pads after reading other good reviews on Amazon. Before peeling the protector paper off the pad I placed them under the foot comparing the instructions first. Actually you want to pay particular attention to the instructions because it will get you about 75% of the way.Now for the fine tuning! It is most important is that you get the pad placed so to apply weight on the foot, you cause your toes to go down thus moving the weight to your toes. Bata Bing! Your done.I was a bit skeptical about the use of a leather product on a sandal but they have proved themselves way beyond my expectations. So far, they have lasted several months without coming unglued, delaminating or even moving on the sandal. This is wonderful because they were used while power washing my vehicles, patios and gardening work. After all of that water, they look as good now as they did new. Since then, i have placed them on two other Reef Sandals of different colors for a change with all working well!I am still enjoying my "foot freedom" after work changing into the sandals with no negative issues. I breathe a sigh of "foot relief" that at least for now, I can still enjoy the out doors with my sandals. For the price and quality I would rate these a five star with my thanks and appreciation.

Got away from using this in most of my shoes a few years ago, but foot pain returned and is much reduced with these metatarsal pads. Very durable!

Wonderful for metatarsalgia
After a decade with the condition, two years ago I had surgery for hallus limitus in my right big toe (cheilectomy and first metatarsal osteotomy), which was remarkably successful at removing all my arthritic pain. The problem is that the surgeon managed to sever my EHL tendon during the surgery, so a few weeks later I had a second surgery to repair that (that was no fun to rehab from!). After all that my big toe is a little shorter and as a result pressure has transferred to my foot pad resulting in some discomfort. Over the last year or so I have tried various approaches to alleviate that foot pad discomfort and three of them have been successful, which I know use in combination: (1) Wearing Lems Primal Zen shoes (foot shaped); (2) Wearing Correct Toes toe spacers all the time except while sleeping and showering; (3) These metatarsal pads. I tried a few different pads, but these are the best and it's not even close. They are supremely comfortable. To get the right spot I left the backing on and secured them with some medical tape. It didn't take long to find the right spot for each foot - when you have found it you just know it because it feels "right". Then I traced the position with a marker before removing the backing and applying them permanently. I have them in 5 pairs of Lems now (I fell in love with Lems shoes BTW), in one pair for about 3-4 months and there has been no sign of them coming off or even an edge peeling up...they are not going anywhere. I recommend these pads without hesitation.
