Diffuser for Home & Hotels, Portable or HVAC Scent Diffuser

Had this almost an entire year! Absolutely love it. My house is 4000 sq ft and I do not have it hooked into the HVAC system. I have it downstairs set on 45 second intervals with 180 second breaks. The whole house smells fantastic! The oil is a bit pricey so always make sure you get the 500ML bottle, it is a whole lot cheaper that way. I've only had to refill it twice so it is worth the money considering what I was paying for other kinds of plug ins. Programming can be a little tricky but with some patience you'll be just fine. I don't notice the noise at all and it fits nicely on the shelf. I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. I think the negative reviews on here are wrong. I'm leaving this review as I order two more. One for my parents because they absolutely love the way my house smells and one for the camper so it always smells like home too!!!

THIS IS AN UPDATE FROM A PREVIOUS REVIEW! Magic Scent customer service has responded to my emails. After suggesting I clean and run alcohol through my diffuser for 10 minutes, which I have done several times, with no improvement. Little scent comes out of diffuser and it still leaks at bottom. They now suggest I send it back to them for further evaluation and possible repair per my warranty. The warranty expired 2 months prior. I asked them you are asking me to send it to Magic Scent in Fla. to and from plus at my expense pay for the repairs too? They have not responded after 3 days. This product has poor reliability and customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DIFFUSER FROM MAGIC SCENT! I purchased this Magic Scent Diffuser Aug' 2024. For the first 9 months it worked great. My condo was filled with the pleasant scent that it was purchased for. Then over the next several months I noticed a steady decline in performance. I clean it on a regular basis. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested a thorough cleaning with alcohol, which had already been performed prior. So I cleaned it again. Now very little scent comes out of this diffuser and it is leaking oil at the bottom. I reached out again to Magic Scent customer service again this time with NO REPLY back from them. I understand it is barely out of warranty, however I expected more out of this product and more from customer service.P

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Magic Scent Diffuser! From the moment I turned it on, my entire space felt elevated—like I had stepped into a luxury hotel lobby. The scent distribution is incredibly consistent and powerful without being overwhelming. The scent is fresh (I'm using 'Royal') and does not smell fake or cloying. I have a 2 bedroom condo and within an hour of turning it on, the scent has dispersed throughout the condo evenly. It's quiet, it's small enough...it's simply perfection.

I had it for a year and it stopped working. It was under the year so magic scent fixed it and sent it back. It worked for a week and then died again. Has been through it in the street and I picked it up and put it in the trash!

Buyer beware! I will start by saying I really liked this diffuser at first. Liked it so much that I purchased another. Really had no issues other than some oil leakage inside. Fast forward 11 months from my first purchase and the machine starts spewing black oil out of the top. Fortunately I purchased the protection plan. Filed a claim and got reimbursed the purchase price. Not 3 weeks later and the second diffuser is doing the exact same thing! This can not be a coincidence. I filed a claim on the protection plan I purchased for that product and this is where the headache begins. They don’t want to cover it because the diffuser still has a manufacturer warranty. What?? A warranty, I had no idea. So I scoured the website for the warranty information. Surprise! No information to be found. I contacted Amazon customer service and they give me the contact information. I sent an email with proof of purchase and a detailed description of what is happening with my product. Instant runaround. “The order number I provided doesn’t match anything in Amazon. “ Hello, it’s a screenshot of the invoice. And then I get some BS about a cleaning schedule they recommend every two weeks. Maybe that should have been included in the instruction manual that came with the product. The theme seems to be blame the customer. I have no expectations that The Magic Scent will repair or replace my diffuser. My only hope is to warn others that this company produces a faulty product that they do not stand behind and offers a warranty that covers nothing.

Simply Amazing! I have 3 scents, Royal, Baccara and mandarin blossom. The machine works great. You can smell the aroma the minute you walk through the house. I highly recommend this, it's an initial investment but if you calculate how much you spend on plug ins on a monthly basis it's actually more affordable in the long run. And the scents smell luxurious completely different from plug in scents.

Absolutely loved it but when it came to time to change out the tubing I can’t find anything stating the correct size it needs. I asked Alexa and she gave me the answer but it was the wrong size. She

Worked for a month or so. Requested warranty replacement or reimbursement. They mentioned that I would have to ship to their corporate office in Florida and pay for the shipping. I will not buy from this brand again.
