I received this today, why is there no seal on it?????

I ordered this item for my granddaughter and sent it direct to her. She was pleased with the item and did not mention a seal.

Is this mascara waterproof?

i don't believe that it is, as its not expressly advertised as waterproof.

Why is there no seal on it? I think it is used :-(

Coty products of which Bourjois is one brand, come in sealed packs of 3. Where a customer only requires one item, the pack has to be broken open just prior to shipping. There is no need to be concerned that the product has been used or is not brand new, if you buy from a reputable and experienced cosmetics supplier.
