Good range of flexibilities
Might benefit from some sort of handle to avoid hurting the soft flesh of the hands.

Great quality bands with excellent customer service - pick these!
I've got at least one of every size Iron Core band now -including the 4 inch orange monster, which I use for resistance training in our garage. Combined with attachment points on the wall and a couple of other pieces of equipment, I get a very effective, difficult workout from head to toe. I personally use the giant orange band for squats with the band under my feet and behind my head. It's not a ton of 'weight' at the bottom of the movement, but obviously that builds as it stretches. It's the best thing I can find in lieu of an actual barbell and a bunch of plates which I don't have the room for (or budget - have you SEEN the price of free weights during covid? yeesh). There's tons of videos on YT with just resistance band training to give you ideas on how to use these for WAY more than pullups. Undersun is a good example. Hot tip - get some mechanic's gloves and save your hands! Also, I contacted them for replacement of a broken band and they were prompt, cordial and easy to work with. Highly recommend and their bands are awesome.

Great so far but will they hold up over time?
I bought these bands because the price for all you get seemed like the best value. There are so many bands being sold on Amazon that it was hard to figure out which were better. In the end I figured 90% of them looked exactly the same with a different company logo so I just bought the best deal I could find. When they first arrived and I took them out of the packaging and took the rubber bands off I hung them up so they would hang straight when I used them. I also inspected each one closely looking for any tears or fraying that others reported but found none. So far I have used the bands for my pullup assists and they have been great. I use them 3 times a week and for the last few weeks they have held up. My only concern is if they will last over time. I wouldn't want a band to snap when I have my foot in it, I think it could really hurt me. No issues though, I would recommend them to people who want to do pullups but can't do it unassisted yet.

Not the best quality
First times I used them worked great, but after a while they started to rip and eventually they completely broke in 2 pieces. Would not recommend.
