Two of life’s essential. A simple concept that takes a bit of effort in practice but pays health dividends.I stopped drinking tap water well over a decade ago. Nominally it is safe to drink, but the high mineral content seems to belie the safety claim. I’ve been obtaining drinking water in bulk from a local store with an excellent super-filtration system, which provided water with NO mineral content (and apparently no other “nasties” as well).Excellent air quality is more difficult to achieve, since a person obviously moves around, without a filtration system in tow. Nonetheless, having purified air for one-third of the time… the time one sleeps… is a worthwhile goal. In the American West our air quality is sometimes compromised by wildfires, particularly in the summer. And I’ve found the HEPA filtration systems to be a good solution for a sound night’s breathing, and sleep.True, at $50, one filter may seem to be pricey… but it is effective for 4-6 months, and thus costs less than what I spend on water over that period (now, approximately $100).MOST IMPORTANTLY: The EzLfGre HSP002 filter may not be compatible with all filtration systems, particularly in terms of size. I fault the company for NOT providing the specific dimensions of the filter on the website (they provide the dimensions of the package, instead!). A good filter, but it may not fit your system… only 4-stars, due to the lack of dimensions.

This is a good replacement filter for HSP002. The first layer of the filter paper material is thinner than the one I got before. It is better quality for filtering the unwanted particles. Recommend.

Just like the original filter that comes with your HSP002! Same size, same everything! Was able to remove our old filter and install this new one with no issues. The air purifier did need to be reset which you hold down two buttons and it starts working right away. The OEM filters for this model of purifier is expensive. So when finding a affordable filter like this one is crucial! Highly recommend!

We bought an air purifier years ago and have had to purchase a new filter since then. Oh, are they pricey!At the time we had to purchase the replacement, there were no generic alternatives so we had no other option than to buy the name brand.This air filter appears to be just right for our purifier, the size, the width, etc, and after resetting the filter thing it appears to work fine.I cannot say that it will have the same life/durability that the others have but for right now I will say that it works for us. We keep the air purifiers next to our birds so we don't have to walk in into a pet store smell.

I typically look for economical substitutes for OEM products, and this one seems to hit that mark. It feels solid and appears in all respects to be identical to the one it is replacing. Of course I have no way to test the efficacy of this unit, or for that matter the one that came with the air purifier.But if the manufacturer's claims are accurate this one will do the same job, so when my air purifier starts that telltale chiming I'll pull out the used one and replace it with this one. Filters last about 4 months (the machine measures the time and alerts me when it is time for replacement) so I go through about 3 of these each year. So savings will add up over time.
