Extraordinary!
Upgraded after 7 long years from my Anker vertical mouse to this one and I'm pleased to report that this is much more comfortable. I have large hands and this is perfect for me. The LED lights are a bonus which is aesthetically pleasing. Note that if a regular mouse doesn't bother you, then a vertical mouse will probably not be a gamechanger for you, you may see little to no difference. For me who has wrist and palm pain when using a regular mouse, a vertical oriented mouse is a mandatory requirement and does eliminate the pain.

Below average mouse, the left click died out within a year. Not going to buy this again.

Good Mouse Slow Delivery
Delivery took 2 weeks, manageable. Mouse is great. Tiny bit small for my large hands, vertical position takes getting used too
