I use it on my wooden jump box, for the thrust lifts (padding it out for my back). Fits perfect. If it didn’t fix it didn’t matter as I use it for my planks, press up and fit ups. Good value for money and came well within 3-5 working days. Very versatile because it folds. Great buy. Happy

The firmness is relatively tough but I imagine that it will get softer over time, which is good for longevity.

Bought this as I've been having some PT to recover from an injury. The trainer had me use one in the gym, and I failed spectacularly in using it, and was determined to get better. Really easy to just throw down on the floor and use. Good for the price.

I ordered this because I was having pain around the tailbone area when doing exercises. This has helped a lot!!

Although still usable, I'm pretty sure the bulky part has been put on the wrong way when comparing to other AbMats.

Épaisseur parfaite, ferme, idéal pour le dos. Une bonne aide pour les problèmes lombaire ou pour les débutants qui ne veulent pas se faire mal au dos. En fonction du type de sol, le petit coussin se déplie pour poser vos fesses dans le plus grand confort.

Proprio quello che cercavo! Un tappetino che rendesse comoda la seduta a terra durante gli addominali e morbido l'atterraggio della schiena sul pavimento. Il tutto condito con un'ottima scelta dei materiali, davvero ben fatto. Lo consiglio a chi vuol fare un po' di ginnastica a casa, senza ricorrere alla palestra.

l'articolo è arrivato integro e nei tempi stabiliti è risultato di buona fattura ed utile nell'esecuzione di molti esercizi a terra, morbido/rigido il giusto e con un buon design.

Produit excellent pour ceux qui ont tendance à être brûlé dans le pli interfessier dû aux sit ups avec le matelas double. Permet également de rehaussé l'abmat en position fermé ce qui facilite les handstand push up lorsqu'on débute.

Ne ho comandati 2, nel complesso sono un buon prodotto, leggermente troppo rigido per i miei gusti, i cuscinetti per sedersi sopra li trovo molto utili.
