I've been an avid fisherman for over 65 years and have owned numerous fillet knives. This set of KastKing's fillet knives and more is the finest I've ever seen. The big grips are very comfortable and provide great stability which is a very important safety feature. The blades are razor sharp and will make an easy job of dressing any type of fish. I fish both salt & freshwater and the versatility of this set with a bait knife will easily fit into all types of fishing. They come with a nice pair of gloves for more safety features. The case provides good storage to keep the set all organized. Another excellent product from KastKing. I highly recommend these knives.

Super nice fillet knife kit. It comes with everything you need to clean your catch. 3 different knives, descaler, sharpener, cutting board and gloves. The quality of the blades feel very nice, tang to grip is secure and the grip itself feels perfect in my hand. Everything is kept together in a nice Velcro tote. Very happy with my purchase, looking forward to my next cleaning!

When I first got this knife set (it was the set of 4 as pictured in the Amazon listing), the handles were the first thing that I noticed, and I thought they were terrible to hold. Plus, the blades weren’t secured very well in the handles. I was able to easily separate the blades and handles and then attached some new 3D printed ones to be installed. Overall, the blades are sharp and flexible, like you’d expect, but the handles had to go, well, at least for that is. P.S. I gave the other two to my dad, and he really likes them with the new handles!

This thing is sharp, I’m somewhat new to filleting fish so a long blade with slow slices still helps me fillet fast and close!! Sharpen regularly, of course don’t ever put this in the dishwasher and it should last. Plenty of flexibility on the blade so you can get those weird angles

Great value. Has everything I needed in one package for similar price to a single knife from the competitors. Cut through scales and flesh of snappers no problem. Will be bringing on the road instead of getting the house messy in the future. Foldable cutting board is perfect for this.
