Great for massages and getting in the joint
I had epicondylitis and the roller ball worked well at massaging my elbow and getting into the joint area. Also great for back rubs. I didn’t really use the oddly shaped one but I wasn’t really sure how.

First one was broken
Had to do an exchange of the first set because one of the legs was snapped off. They are just in a box with no bubble wrap or anything to pad or protect them.They function as described but it's hard to use them on yourself.
