I bought this to travel overseas bc I usually use the Dyson airstrait and it’s not universal voltage. I love this flat iron. My daughter has one as well and we have used it throughout Europe and the UK with only a plug adapter. It works perfectly. The ability to customize the settings for your hair type is terrific. It’s not heavy or bulky and well worth the investment if you travel outside of the US and want a full size flat iron that doesn’t damage your hair. We use it at home now all the time as well.

So, this is my favorite brand and it's my second time buying it. Just to be clear, the first one I bought 5 years ago still works!!! But I gave it to my daughter and got myself a cool pink one instead! 😏 I don't think I can use cheaper brands now that I've had this. It just works so much better!

Product failed in three months. I did not buy the warranty, because products are supposed to last more than three months! I took this straightener on a trip and it was completely useless. No power whatsoever. I can't believe I paid over $150 for something that last three months. There are other products out there that are less inexpensive and more reliable.

T3 is one of the best products on the market for your hair. Well made and heat setting for all hair types.

It heats nicely, but like others have mentioned it’s overly complicated to work. I would not recommend this product. Babyliss is much better

The straighters colors are beautiful. However I needed to read the directions twice for how to set the temperature correctly. It seems like once’s it’s set it’s difficult to change again. The straighter is also very heavy compared to even bigger straighters I’ve had. Doesn’t straighten my hair immediately however also doesn’t seem to damage it as much.
