Very good oil
Good quality oil with ability to use at high temperature without but turning trans-fats which is what happens to olive oil unfortunately. Very mild if any taste. One downside is it’s expensive.

Great product
Easy, good value and not a strong taste or much needed during cooking. I love it.

Best oil for cast iron skillets
I used this oil for frying in a cast iron skillet, and the high temperature burn point is as they say 500 F , before opening this bottle I had planned to use up my supermarket bottle first, so after heating up the skillet I put some supermarket avocado oil in but it was smoking inside ten seconds when oil breaks down it becomes very bad to consume, I wiped the oil out and used the chosen foods oil , I could turn the heat up higher with no burning at all. Sausage's cooked to perfection I checked them with a thermometer to make sure, then two slices of bacon they crisped up nicely with no sticking, even the fried egg slid around nicely. because you can turn the heat up food does not absorb the oil. most avocado oil is not 100% avocado oil and is normally refined using chemicals the problem with that is the smoke point is much lower and chemicals are bad for you and gives a smoke point similar to olive oil. I would still use olive oil and supermarket avocado oil in non stick pans as they don't get so hot and also as salad dressing . If like me and you love to cook in cast iron Chosen Foods Avocado is the only way to go, research has shown me that Chosen foods is the one to use . To finish off chosen foods refine the oil using mechanical means that is why it stays dark green and thick this takes the avocado taste out of it to give a more neutral flavour and very high smoke point.Hope this helps

Good, but not 100% sure it's pure avo oil
After learning that apparently we shouldn't be cooking with coconut oil as it can increase cholesterol levels, I decided to switch to avocado oil for cooking. On the plus side, I am happy this oil comes in a glass bottle and the value for money is good compared to other brands and sizes. However, I am not 100% sure this is pure avocado oil - the colour is super light and there is no avocado flavour at all when I tried it on its own. I understand refined avocado oil has a more neutral flavor and higher smoke point, making it better for baking and high-heat cooking BUT I am still not convinced this isn't mixed with another oil. I remember purchasing a smaller bottle of avocado oil for cooking elsewhere before and it came with a distinct green colour and taste. Having said this, I'd still recommend this brand as, again, it seems to offer the best value for money out there.

Excellent if you like to fry
I am a 60 yr old guy looking for a healthier way to live.Having looked at lots of research and studies it seems that avoiding burnt fat (above its smoke point) is a good thing as all those nasty black bits and smoke are cancer making. So I looked for the highest smoke point there is - and it is avocado oil at more than 520f (271C). It is also 70% monosaturated, which is great for the heart compared to saturated fat alternatives such as Ghee (molten butter) and coconut oil (mostly saturated fat)It is more expensive, but you only need to use a slight bit of it in a fry as it will not burn or smoke. It cost me about £17 for a bottle (less than a good whisky) and it lasted me about five months for a family of three. So I recommend it for its health benefits and reasonable price considering the way it improves your health and yet be able to fry things without the nasty smoke.
