Works great but needs color calibration
*Update*About 2 later this monitor developed horizontal lines at the bottom of the monitor at 120hz. changing to 144 fixes this, but it looks like this monitor is on its way out already.Monitor is overall great, but the default color is garbage and needs calibration. The bezel on the monitor is quite big and bigger than my older LG monitor. This is a IPS panel so blacks are really just gray and whites arent that white.Thats just the way IPS is though. The monitor I received has 0 dead pixels but itdoes have too much light bleed in the top-right portion of the screen and I do notice it, but its not that big a deal to me. Again this is a IPS monitor and its random to how much and where you'll have light bleed at on the monitor. The image I uploaded shows this monitor on the left and the right monitor is a LG VA panel (so realize the LG VA panel is pretty much black)In games this monitor works great. Very responsible and fast. No ghosting or blurring. The stand on this monitor is a big bigger than it should be and the plastic on the entire monitor feels cheap, but the stand works great and is fully adjustable and rotatable. The real negative things about this monitor to me are #1 the power/menu button is on the back of the monitor and just annoying to use. #2 The inputs are placed vertically so you can't ever actually see the inputs on the monitor unless you put your head underneath it or rotate the screen. #3 Which is the biggest issue I have with the monitor. It switches resolutions VERY slowly. Its literally 4 seconds slower than my LG. Now this shouldn't matter 99% of the time, but for those that run other monitors in other resolutions or play games in other resolutions (streamers do this often ) It is a PITA to have to wait so long for it to switch. (such as when you alt+tab back to this monitor)I'll be keeping this monitor as it was only $269 and its great value for the money. You can also return it if you get a bad panel. so I recommend this.

Terrible - Dead pixels after 6 months, you pay the shipping costs for them to repair.
I bought this monitor before the summer thinking it was good deal at the time, especially for the price. Today, a vertical line of dead pixels appeared, about 3 inches long while watching YouTube. I filed a warranty claim with MSI and as I'm going through the return instructions, it states that you, the customer, are to pay the shipping costs to have them service and fix their defective product. Shipping an item like a monitor is not cheap.I used a dell gaming monitor before for several years with no issues, it actually still runs great and I'll use it as my back up while dealing with this, but it's terrible that a product can't even last 6 months (and barely used compared to my dell, since i've been really busy with life since I got this monitor so haven't had a lot of time to game) and you pay the shipping for them to fix it.I thought MSI was a great company, I've used their other products but this... is not good.I see other reviews for this model now have very similar issues within the same time frame (weren't many reviews at time of purchase). Given how competitive the monitor market is nowadays, I recommend you find a different brand that'll last you longer and doesn't cost YOU money to have fixed.Edit: just shipped this out today. Shipping costs were almost half the price of the monitor.Don't buy this monitor, buy one that lasts longer than a year, isn't defective, and that costs YOU money (half the price of the monitor) for them to fix.

Great monitor, amazing delivery
I was skeptical about the size because I always have been using 24 inch monitors, after buying and using this, I don't see me using any other monitor; it has the perfect perks that I was looking for, and it just took me 2 days to get used to it. I live out of the country, and it was delivered in perfect state

Great value for the money but might consider spending a little more.
The goods are pretty straightforward. Good price point. The monitor is delightfully bright. The color range in the monitor is decent for the value. The refresh rate is also a nice bonus. Now for the bads. The monitor has no power button. so turning off the monitor while the PC is running is not an option, outside of a timeout function you can set on your OS. The settings menu is a touchy clunky to operate manually so using a GUI is a better way to handle this. Even with the GUI the amount of customizing (in my opinion required as the screen is dull on arrival) is a touch limited. The Personally bad. My monitor has a dead pixel mid screen slightly right of center. While its not the biggest deal in the world and is honestly only noticeable against dark backgrounds (the pixel is stuck green). Overall, I would recommend this monitor under the condition you don't pay a dime over 300 for it. I purchased this for $275 and felt as though I could of gotten the next step up in the 350-400 price range with other monitors that has more quality of life features.
