I have always had a hard time in social situations and Cognance helps me to stay more present, be a better listener, express my thoughts in a more clear/concise fashion with less awkwardness, and take interruptions in stride. I normally get annoyed if someone taps my shoulder while I'm talking to someone and have trouble shifting gears, but with this supplement I can go with the flow. I didn't realize how challenged I was til I saw the 'other side.' This is my second bottle.

Starting to work as advertised

Simple, effective. Very happy. And small pills!

It gets you right up to a threshold experience and then just stops. Got nothing really good out of it except feeling somewhat high for about 4 hours and not in a necessarily good way. Ended up with mental fog and disinterest in everything afterwards and a slight sense of confusion during. My advice is don't bother taking more than 1 or 2, it will just extend the duration of the negatives and the experience won't get any deeper than how it starts. Not really worth it imo.Update: used more of it and I figured out why it only works as a mild microdose; this isn't a 5-ht2a agonist, it's a modulator. This means it has diminishing returns on higher doses and has the potential to act as an antagonist or agonist, depending on your brain chemistry. I would strongly recommend those on SSRIs or other drugs that act on serotonin receptors to be very careful with this as it could have unpredictable results

Not only do they help focus but they increase the ability to visualize things which is pretty awesome. This has been helpful for some home improvements projects when I need to figure out how things will fit together and what the finished product will look. Also if taken in the evening, I have very clear and interesting mental imagery when drifting off to sleep.

I used this for brain fog. It seems to enhance the memory and creativity regions of the mind. Overall works ok- has a strong parsley-like flavor after swallowing. I’m not sure of long term effects.
