efenery additional monitoring
all i needed to monitor additional sections in my house. i have 3 of these and now i can see where my energy is going. the efenergy sit is also nice. their graphs are abit limited but you can pull a report and extract that into excel.

Inaccurate Readings and not directional measurement
I purchased the Engage Hub and three CT Transmitters + CT Clamps over the last 5-6 months which are now sitting in a draw whilst I try to get a refund. As others have said, their Customer Support don't reply to my emails, and as I refuse to sell on a faulty product, I have wasted over £200.My problems are broken down into two main issues:1/ The accuracy of the kW usage recording is very inaccurate, my electrician estimates up to 30-40% over reading;2/ The clamps are not directional, which makes installation easier but the CT clamp doesn't know if the flow is from the grid to my house or from my solar to the grid! Both are recorded as usage in the App!I have asked for a full refund but still have not received any reply. If you want a display of meanless figures, that bear no relation to your electricity usage, then this is the product for you!Otherwise, steer well clear.

They work as expected but accuracy and especially linearity is quite poor due to manual voltage adjustment
I added two of these kits to an existing Efergy engage to measure two of my HVAC's. They work as expected but accuracy and especially linearity is quite poor due to manual voltage adjustment. This method of measuring energy has its limitations but a gives good picture of trends and times of fluctuating energy consumption. The ability to have five different measuring channels on same dashboard is a great plus. In general I am quite satisfied with my purchase and the ability to monitor my house and HVAC energy consumption also remotely from an internet cloud.

Efergy system is not reliable or even very functional.
The entire Efergy system is unreliable and the clamps would frequently stop transmitting accurate data (or anything at all). Overall, I would not recommend using this system for anyone who wants to accurately track or report on their power consumption. Everything from the Efergy user interface, the mobile "app" (which is just the website loaded into the app), to how the data is recorded and transmitted is unreliable and dubious at best. Unfortunately it is one of the few systems on the UK market that allows the transmission of remote readings, but it is far too unreliable. This is badly designed to the point that if the system locks up and needs a reset (something that typically needs to be done with dodgy hardware), this has to be performed remotely by the Support team (whom you have to call and stay on hold to get through).Avoid.

Exactly as described. Speedy delivery.

Wouldn't bother with this one.
From what I can tell you need an app to finalise the installation, it's not clear which app to use and the one I think we had to use was ridiculously expensive to purchase so we didn't bother.

Needs to consider power factor in energy calculations
