Very effective and usefull

I have tried so many therapeutic sprays, roll-on, and creams, and by far fast freezes the best. My knees are bad but it’s important to keep moving them and this helps tremendously more so than anything else I’ve tried. The menthol scent is a little strong however the scent doesn’t last for very long, but the effects certainly does help much longer than other products. It’s the difference between getting up every morning and being in pain with every step I take. And with fast freeze getting up and being able to move more freely with noticeably less pain. Very effective. I would also note that unlike other products it does not cause skin irritation.

Very fast and effective for soreness and muscle pain. Even works to relieve cramps in legs.

Works great for relieving pain. It sprays out a cool mist. It's best to use it in the shower as the overspay gets on the floor, rugs etc. Use in ventilated area as the must can get around your face. I use it quickly and leave the room. It takes a few minutes to dry so I dont let my clothes touch my wet skin. My eyes water and burn if I get near the mist. The vapor will clear out your nose or make it run. Maybe that only happens with me. A 4oz can disappears quickly. They should make a larger size. The bottle sprayer is easy to apply and cools instantly.

I'm no fan of blood draws and even less so of IV insertions, and I found this product very helpful. It desensitized the skin prior to each procedure. Though you need to check with whatever medical professional you are working with, it was a ER doctor doing an IV on me who suggested using a "freeze" spray like this, and I am very grateful to him.
