Fast shipping. Very nice product. I was concerned about the cover b4 receiving but it’s comfortable and soft while it appears sturdy. It’s quite nice. Folds up to be small and has nice tote with good closure. One negative: No instructions at all. Not even on the box.Update after vacation: So nice to deflate and not drag full pillow around. This pillow makes a terrible noise when inflating. Kind of embarrassing on the plane.

My mom got this pillow because the pillow we have is a lot tighter than this one feels. This pillow is light and more comfortable around the neck. It doesn't feel like something weighing your neck down and it fits more comfortably without feeling like it's in the way or so close around the neck suffocating you. I should have gotten one also. I would recommend it and I may get one myself.

I wanted a unit that can be deflated (useful when I travel light) and that can be inflated by hand (hate the awkward moments of blowing up a pillow in an airplane with "neighbors" looking). This unit met both requirements. The surface/finishing material feels soft and comfortable. As far as neck support is concerned, I couldn't expect more from an inflatable unit.

Worked great on a 20 hour flight. Easy to adjust for comfort.

The travel neck pillow is very good. I was looking for a neck pillow like this.
