I bought this to use to power a ring camera in my garage. I don’t use it for charging. I use it for a constant power. The cord length was perfect for my application. The build quality seems very good. I’ve had it for a month or so now so the durability seems to be fine also. I don’t expect to have any issues with this at all.

Worked great. Like it was supposed to.

For all intent and purposes I thought this was a simple, reliable and simple purchase. Having received the product I attempted to install yesterday. It was unfortunate that the power supply cord with the USB connection was the wrong size. Your photo shows what looks like an additional piece that was not inclined the shipping.The USB connector was the wrong size. I took the product to Best Buy and asked what could be the issue. I was advised that the power connections were the wrong size and would never work. I purchased 2 new power adapters. Got home and tried to connect the power and the connect would still not go into the signal light.I returned the 2 power connectors to AMAZON this morning.I called STKR home office and explained the issue. I was told that sometimes if you do pay close attention to what item you are selling, it’s possible to send the wrong power supply connectors. Based on the photo that was displaying on Amazons website it shows an adapter that was not sent with the products. I am having to use batteries and not a true power source that I wanted. Sometimes things happen and it’s unfortunate. I do believe Amazon should have paid closer attention to the product and made sure that all items were compatible for the consumer.Bad experience, but at least Amazon allowed me to return the power supply cords and was reimbursed. Let’s pay closer attention to what we are sending customers and insure that they are compatible.Walter Kamps
