Rosin for cello
Good product, son says it works fine on his cello bow. Better having the plastic grip on it to make it easier to apply as opposed to the rosin alone. Smaller than expected but does the job, still good value for money.

Impressive rosin for the money
The rosin that came with my student's violin was hard as hell and needed a lot of rubbing in before I could get any sound out of my violin.This D'ddario rosin was so much easier to use.I still had to scratch the surface slightly with a file before taking it to my bow, but that is normal for pretty well any rosin.Only took a minute or two's rubbing before I could get a full sound of of my fiddle.Only thing I don't like is the matchbox-like cardboard container that does make it slightly fiddly (har!) to tap the rosin block part way out of the box to use it.Overall though, for the modest purchase price, this is a very decent product.

A good Rosin
