Fresh product, great health support, fabulous price
Oregon grape root is a form of berberine, similar to goldenseal. It is my supplement of choice to deal with genetically-caused high LDL cholesterol. (It replaces statins without the side effects - in fact, it clears triglycerides and the densest LDL molecules, which statins actually don't touch.) This product is very well priced, very fresh, and well packaged to stay that way. I put this product into 00 caps and take the caps as needed. Note that, at one pound, this is a LOT of Oregon Grape Root - not a problem for me since I can use it for an ongoing imbalance.
