Was initially a bit unsure of the quality of this cable compared to some alternative options out there. However, after extensive testing the cable has passed with flying colors! I did not notice the cable getting hot or even warm at all as some other reviewers had noticed or commented on. Played long gaming sessions of GTA 5 and VR games which push the card to the max and zero problems noticed. The card was 100% stable with this adapter. Really allows for much better cable management and reducing the strain on the cards connector vs the regular 16 pin connector. The version B worked perfectly for my RTX 4090 AMP Extreme AIRO. I do have a custom Zalman fan "mod" on my card and no issues noticed as well. Don't hesitate to get this adapter and appears to be a much better solution than the other options out there. Plus it is on Amazon so you don't need to wait weeks as well for delivery. Just an amazing product that does what it says it does.

I’m writing this review on behalf of all of the questions I had that that I thought were quite obvious, but never got answered. This cable extension is great, and the physical adapter head that goes into the GPU is smaller than the cablemod 90 degree adapter, what I mean by this is if your gpu has the shell blocking the normal cablemod adapter, this should be fine. If you have something like an aorus master where the heatsink is giant and juts out below the power slot, get this instead. So far, I have gone so far as taking my side panel off and feeling the extender cable and Nvidia adapter after a long night of gaming and it gets quite hot (as expected) but no worries about cables melting or anything, if you run a 40 series the cables will get hot no matter what. I am also running this cable into Nvidia’s pcie to 12vhpwr adapter since I have a Corsair rm1000x, no issues as well. The material itself may look underwhelming or even worrying at first, but if you put it side by side next to stock modular power supply cables, the difference is negligible. Highly recommend, just make sure you get the right cable type! Mine was type B.

This right angle short cable adapter type B fixed my GeForce RTX 4090 OC gaming graphics card that was jammed against the case of the computer. The cable originally made a 90 deg turn that looked to be potentially damaging to the card plug and the cable. Adapter fit perfectly and appears well made-so far it has not gotten hot. I have checked the fit and seems tight and flush with the graphic’s card plug. It is not expensive considering the cost of the card. Too bad the card manufacturer dropped the ball!

Been using it for 3 days now. Everything is working perfectly fine. Played some games for a few hours and have had my PC on for 10+ hours a day. I'm happy to be able to close my PC case now as the PSU cable is too thick. The cable fits very tight into the GPU which is good. Doesn't wiggle loose. No chance of it coming out. It's decent quality as well. It's not very flexible, but in my case it doesn't matter. It gets the job done. I will update if anything changes. Edit: After 10 months, it's still working great! I use this with a 4070 Super.

Bought just over a year ago. Recently replaced my case and checked all the connectors. This thing has worked flawlessly on my MSI RTX 4090 with zero signs of wear or burns on the GPU or connector. If you have any struggle fitting the standard 16-pin 12V power cable into the side panel, pick one of these up and save yourself potential headaches down the road.

Does not work, only powers my 5090 for a bit, and then it either bluescreens or the monitors turn black and the fan speed goes to max.

I sought out a solution for the all-to-common issue of the power cable from the new Nvidia 4000 series GPU being bent at a tight angle in order to clear the side of the case. This right-angle connector works very well, but care needs to be taken in selecting the right version. There are a lot of variations in how the connector is laid out on the card, whether you are mounting the card horizontally or vertically, where you wish to route the cables, etc. In my case, I have an MSI RTX 4090 SUPRIM Liquid X 24G mounted horizontally, with the desired cable path running down from the GPU. It's working quite well for me. The only gripe is that it might look better with a mesh screen sleeve, but I understand that might make the cable less flexible. It's a solid, if unspectacular product.

At $30 this cable adapter may seem pricey, but the standards are very high for the amount of amps running through the wires. I bought this cable because the standard cable that came with my GPU was wedged against the glass of my computer case glass panel. This adapter fixed that issue. The cable does a good job tidying up the inside of my case to allow for superior airflow as a bonus. FYI: I used type B for my setup.

Was hesitant to buy this because of the poor reviews I read about it and the picture shown on some of the reviews. But the adapter that came with my gpu bends dangerously on the case's side door so have to reluctantly order this as my preferred adapter, cablemod isn't available to ship in Canada. So far it works perfectly to alleviate the stress on my gpu's adapter.

I just wish my graphics card came with the 90 degree plug in, since it so chunky. Makes a guy wonder why it wouldn't, since you would need a case almost a foot wide to fit it all together. But since the graphics card company didn't include it, I purchased this little gem. It may be on the expensive side but the quality seems to be here. If you need this like I did, it's worth it!

With all the fires and RTX 4090 boars being damaged, a proper 90' right angle power adapter is a MUST for nearly every install out there. Not wanting to wait for the more fancy moulded 90-degree adapters, I purchased this cable almost immediately and have absolutely zero regrets with the purchase. Consider this to be a must-have item!

I have been using this adapter for my asus tuf 4090 for a week, no problem at all. the connector is small and will adapt to all gpu. If any probem comes, i will edit this review but for now, it's rock solid.
