ZYBER IR Illuminator for Quest 2 for Quest 3S for Quest 3, Buit-in Infrared Light for Quest 2/3S/3 Enhance Sensor Tracking in Dark

I was in doubt when I was ordering this small product ZYBER IR Illuminator for Oculus Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3. Note that, I had to mention the name of the product so it is not confused with any other product as this often happens. After using it for some hours, I can confirm it works for Quest 3 (and Quest Pro) in total darkness with mode 2 - I installed it on the headset. The head trackers and controllers are working perfectly for Quest 3. On Quest Pro, the head trackers are working great but the controllers are sometimes a bit off and they get settled back in position after a while. However, as with both devices, the cameras still see darkness. This is not a dealbreaker for me as I needed it to use the controllers with low lighting and it serves the purpose well. Please note that the product is advertised for Quest2/3 so don't rely on this review for the Pro.

I bought this because I play at times with the light of before I had a vive and it was possible to do that with meta you need light for handtracking, but with this you don't need light or much of it, which is nice does get warm but not bad, they're are two settings u can use that's up to you really, low settings or high. It will drink your batteries so make sure you have an headset strap that u o can use multiple batteries. Worth the money alsoI love you can set it up I your Room instead of on the headset, just face it in your direction i am looking to buy another and have an IR room.

It's great for short range, but didn't make enough difference to tracking to be discernible, which is why I bought it. Good for using quest in dark, but not in games that require accurate tracking at pace. Not the oroduct's fault....it works well, but is only lighting in front and where you're looking which may be away from xontroller

Perfect for low light

It overheated and mynheat set switched off i tried a number of times with the batty pack pluged in and out but keeps overheating after about an hr but outher than that it dose work realy well you can play in complete darkness i now plug it into a powerbank facing me but it overheats after about 2 3hr and switches off once cooled down can be yoused agen but i wouldnt plug it back into my quest

This is an amazing product it’s lightweight so you don’t feel it and it even works with the Pico 4, I would recommend it to anyone, I really love this product, it’s use for the dark is amazing and the build quality is great and again I would definitely recommend.

I use this on the low setting to ensure my Quest 2 can see the room properly as it’s a bit dark. It also makes hand tracking a lot more reliable. On the high setting, I can use it in full darkness if I want to. It can get warm on high but nothing crazy. Doesn’t seem to have any real effect on battery life which is great. Easy to fit, even if you have a battery pack headset like mine (bobovr)

Sans trop y croire ,j'ai commandé ce mini projecteur IR, et oui, ca fonctionne parfaitement. Les 2 diodes rouges n'éclairent pas la piece pour l'oeill humain, mais vous permettront de jouer dans le noir, sans deranger votre partenaire ( sauf si vous jouer de la batterie ou manier le sabre laser trop fort)

Meta Quest 3 ünüzü zifiri karanlıkta takip kaybı olmadan kullanabilirsiniz. Yanlış anlaşılmasın, bu ürün etrafınızı aydınlatmayacak. siz kullanırken etrafınız halen kapkaranlık olacak ve siz yine hiç bir şey göremiyorken, kızıl ötesi ile cihazınız takip yeteneğini kaybetmeyecek.

Urządzenie działa z Quest 3 , tzn pozwala działać prawidłowo kontrolerom chociaż nie pooświetla kamer. Dla mnie jest to ok , bo mogę grać w ciemności w zaznaczanym obszarze . Jeśli ktoś chce widzieć obraz jak w Quest 2 to może zapomnieć o takim urządzeniu. Raczej powinien kupić sobie cos w rodzaju latarki , bo Quest 3 nie ma kamery do podczerwieni .

Recordar que esto es sólo para cuando tienes que usar las gafas vr en un sitio poco iluminado, que te ayude mediante los inflarojos a detectar los mandos. Cumple su función y te aumenta la detección, yo diría que del 60 al 75-80 en baja iluminación. Esta bastante bien, aunque no he llegado a probar a conectar el cable a través de este aparato mientras juego, para comprobar si cargan las gafas mientras. Pero lo recomiendo
