Effective but stings on application
Bought for my teenage son, it’s slowly sorting out his ulcer but there are complaints about how much it stings on application.

The only thing that works
My teeth are literally crumbling and falling out of my head, and this is the only thing that numbs the pain. I’ve tried loads of other gels and nothing even comes close. Doesn’t taste great, but I don’t care - it works.

Not Quite Good Enough For Tooth Ache
When applied to an area it does numb it quite effectively, it takes a few minutes to absorb into the gum. The issue is that once you stop applying the gel, it very quickly stops working.My idea was to reduce the amount of pain killers I was using during night, but this will clearly not do the trick.

I had to buy this for my elderly mother who was suffering with piles. It is easy to apply and does not have a strong fragrance.
