This suspension post cheap in price and quality.1 There are no instructions so you have to find old posts to see how it adjusts.2 even with the bottom screw screwed out more than allowed its still to stiff, (unless you are a baby elephant I suppose.)3 screw to loosen the seat clamp was covered in lock tight and hard to unscrew till I got it right out and cleaned it.4 travel distance is quite short so if the seat does drop as you sit on it it bottoms out far to easily.my suggestion is protect the finish and test for your self, you might well want to return this seat post.

Works well enough. Takes a few rides to dial in the settings that suit. My only real issue is that the saddle isn't stable, it twists from side to side about an inch in either direction. I'm used to it now but it's still not ideal

This seat post looked to be made of quality materials. I am unable to comment on its use, due to the wrong size (diameter) being received. This was not an error of Amazon's: the post was labelled as 27.2mm, but was in fact 25.4mm. This meant it could not be fitted so it was returned for a replacement. When the replacement arrived the same problem was discovered.

Good value. It works well and it’s reasonably priced

Seems pretty great, however it ended up being surplus to requirements so haven't had any long term usage with it

Out of the box this suspension seat post is very poor. I’m about 13 stone and it feels like jumping on a pogo stick - the action is the exact opposite of smooth. I will try to adjust it & update my review

Didn't suit my application. And can't send it back. So money wasted...

Good seat post... But could be more soft and comfortable. 4 star
