Some skill required but excellent value.
A steal compared to the $1200 the dealer wanted. My father’s 2015 Colorado had the phantom touches on the screen and would randomize change stations all while the bottom half of the screen was unresponsive to touch. After researching I figured this was worth a shot before paying the dealer $1200. The hardest part was removing the old touchscreen but I warmed it up with a hair dryer and was able to use a utility knife to slide under the old screen to remove it from the aluminum frame. Cleaned the old glue residue off and applied the new screen. Put everything back together and works like a charm. He just went on a 1500 mile road trip and was delighted to report no issues. It has only been installed for about two weeks but no issues thus far. Will update if that changes.

Easy fix to GMC phantom touches and dead spots!
I lived with phantom touches and a 50% dead screen for months. After some research, I felt it was a job I could tackle. I prob would have just lived with it instead of taking to get it fixed and spending hundreds. The whole job took less than two hours. Watch some YouTubes to get familiar with how to disassemble the bezel and get to the LCD and TS. I took my time in removing the existing adhesive from the LCD screen. Then I used thin double-sided tape to adhere the new touch screen to the LCD. Be sure to test before you reassemble the dash. WOW, everything works again!!! There even may be some anti-smudge on the finish. I have had this installed now for 10 days. Highly recommend.

Silverado 2500 2019 - It works great!
Says it only works for up to 2018, but it works great with my Silverado 2500 2019. I didn't think that they changed the head unit until 2020 so I took a gamble. Glad that I did. Touch response is great, easy to install and does better not leaving finger prints than the old one. If you have ghost presses where the screen seems to be changing all the time randomly, you probably need this.

2018 Sierra Denali fix
My 2018 Sierra Denali 2500 touch screen was going crazy with random inputs and frozen access. This screen was a perfect fit. Heat gun removed most of the adhesive from the mount. denatured alcohol removed the rest. Used Elmer's CraftBond Tape Runner to attach the new screen. New screen works great is not no glare but not an issue.

Saved a fortune
Fixed my screen that was having phantom touch to not responding to any touch. There is a few videos on how to replace this part on YouTube but a few tips I did not see. You will need at t-15 torx screwdriver, 7mm socket, auto trim removal kit, acetone/nail polish remover, leather or thick rubber gloves, and a utility knife with a new blade. 1. This comes with new adhesive on the glass that you just peel and stick the the frame. 2. I did not have any easy time separating the old glass from the frame. I tried a hair dryer at first but I would skip that and just put it in the oven for a 3 to 5 minutes at 275 (make sure to wear thick gloves when working with now until it cools). This will loosen up the adhesive that holds the glass to the frame then use a utility knife to slowly cut in between the frame and the glass to separate. Use acetone to clean frame afterwards.

Excellent replacement
The screen on my father's 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 started having ghost responses and was dead in certain spots. The shop wanted to replace all the modules for thousands. After a bit of research, I realized it was just the digitizer. This is an excellent direct replacement. Be careful not to crack your dash fairings, and not to bend the metal tray when removing the old digitizer. Videos are avail on YouTube. This a few months ago and still working great! For $50ish, well worth it.

Didn’t work once it was installed
Bought this for my husbands truck because his original screen was ghosting. He installed and it’s still doing the same thing. Very disappointed
