A great mini scrubbing tool . Not noisy. Robust

We read a few mixed reviews about this polisher so were a bit worried if we had made the right decision.As usual it arrived the next day, fantastic Amazon service.We unpacked the machine and it is all nicely put together, good quality materials and well finished. The lead is very long which is handy, the handle folds to give you two options of use and also brakes down into two parts for compact storage.It is a bit smaller than I expected but that makes it easy to use and very manoeuvrable. Some comments have been that its too light to polish properly but we did not find that was a problem. We got it for our terracotta tiles which are very uneven and it worked fine so I am sure it would be OK on a more flat surface.It has two rotating heads and comes with two scrubbing brush attachments, two polish application pads and two soft polishing pads. For us (very uneven floor) the scrubbing brushes did not do much, but again may be OK on smooth floors. The other pads worked well but for larger areas you may find it useful to have a spare set as the polishing pads in particular will need washing, so to save you waiting for them to dry a spare pair would be good. The spare pads are a bit pricey, I think, so wait until you get the machine and see how you get on. The polishing pads are made from microfiber cloth and attach to the velcro discs so we are going to make our own.Overall we are really pleased with this polisher, it's compact, lightweight, and easy to use which means it will get used much more often. We were hiring one each time so about three uses and its paid for itself.The other model we considered was the Karcher, which is bigger and has three heads but it is over twice the price of this one and I don't think we would see any difference for what we need.

I bought this item because I have a kitchen floor with a slight textured finish and find it really difficult to get it really clean with an ordinary mop and trust me, I have tried every kind of mop on the market. The floor is white and never really looked clean.I tried this mop because of the scrub function, and it's the first time since the floor was put down that it has looked truly clean. The amount of effort to clean the floor was minimal, no kneeling and scrubbing, no back ache, no chemicals.So, to sum up, it has a really long cable which should be long enough for anyone who doesn't live in a bowling alley, it is quiet. It does what it says it will. It's easy to use. It's quick. It's not heavy to use, and doesn't take up much storage space.Definitely a 10/10.

Lasted 10 seconds, and would have been a loss of money only for Amazon's return policy.Charged and set-up as instructed. Seemed a good sturdy unit but after 10 seconds and some very strange noises, it decided to die.Checked all connections and fittings but to no solution.Contacted Amazon but, apparently, this is a no return item, so, as Amazon, hate them or love them, they refunded the item and I now dispose of the faulty good.I was so pleased with how this item was built but if the product fails on day one, it's a complete waste.I guess you pay for what you get.I recommend paying a higher price and getting a real quality item.Avoid at ALL costs1 star given as unable to give zero.

It took me a couple of tries to get into the way of this and, now I have a bit of confidence, it's a pleasure to use. This is not like any other way of cleaning a floor! I give the floor a good brush first as we have two dogs so there is always hair about. Then I wet the floor well, in sections, with a mop, spray on my favourite brand of floor cleaner and then go over it with the Eubank. You can see the dirty suds on the floor and I use the well wrung out mop and repeat until the suds are clean. Then I lift that off with a well wrung out mop and move on to the next section. The first section is dry long before I finish cleaning and the whole floor is dry in half the time it used to take. This method isn't in the instructions but it works for me. I have tiled floors in the kitchen/utility/diner which have a non slip surface and I find this area gets more traffic through it than the rest of the house. I have R. arthritis so this has really made such a difference to me as I can manage to keep floor clean without help. It took a couple of goes to get it back to the what I wanted and just once a week is now all it needs to keep on top of it. I use it on the laminate floors too and, as there is not as much traffic over them, it is a doddle to clean them. They look good as new every time with very little effort from me.

This is a very sturdy tool. However to tune it on and of the handle as to be lifted and lowered. The only way I've found to make it stable enough to lift the handle to turn it off is to press my foot on the business end, otherwise it gets out of control. I would prefer an on and of switch.
