Like a comfy hug around the neck
I am not someone who can sleep sitting up on a plane. But this neck pillow was like a soft cozy hug around the neck with full support so I could relax and snooze for hours, greatly reducing jetlag. I was able to fold it and squish it enough to fit in the bottom compartment of my backpack—otherwise you'd probably need to buy a bag for it for carrying.

A bit too large for me but works very well
I bought this to use when I meditate because I often end up with my head hanging which hurts my neck. It’s a bit large and cumbersome but it does the trick. My only complaint about it is that the strap is too long. I had to shorten it and change the angle of it to make it work for me. Maybe the way it is designed is meant to support the chin, but I’m a small person and my chin doesn’t reach that far.

Small Travel Pillow
I recently purchased a travel pillow for my travels, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The pillow, advertised as ultra-soft, turned out to be excessively soft to the point of lacking the necessary support for comfortable travel.The neck pillow was also smaller than anticipated, the size of the pillow added to the discomfort. I prefer a bit more coverage and stability during my travels. While the pillow is meant to provide a cozy experience, the overly plush material compromised its functionality and it didn't give me the right balance of softness and support.

The travel neck pillow is comfortable, whether you're sitting straight or lying on your side. Made from soft material, it provides excellent support and ensures a pleasant experience during my travel. It's a good product to buy. It met my expectation. I am happy with it.

Not worth the cost
This pillow reallybDid not work for me. I did a ton of research and landed on this neck pillow. It felt Like it was Smothering me and made my ear pods Really Uncomfortable. I Didn’t even use it on the flight home
