Delivery on time. Used product first time.

Battery section can be a little loose giving problems with operation.
Works OK and is sturdy, but batteries sometimes move and when pressing buttons ad hoc problem with making connection each time. Not a major issue.

Key buttons in the remote including power button and volume buttons not working
Remote was not great right from the beginning, some buttons were difficult to use/press. Now some of the key buttons like power button, volume buttons have completely stopped working. Can a replacement be provided ?

Developed a fault quickly but works out of the box. no setup needed. had to buy another one
Maybe it's just me who got a rubbish item, but the remote control lasted only two months before becoming faulty. The volume became faulty and stopped working whilst the channels button kept on functioning. in the end I had to order a new one because this one had gone past it's returns time period. Another extra cost for me. Easy enough to set up but not very durable.
