Vici Wellness Bye Bye Blues - (30 Patches)

I have tried several of the Vici supplement patches. I have found All of them very good quality and helpful in keeping me healthy. I use the daily vitamin patch every day about 2 years now and I know I have had less illness.

not impressed

After menopause, my dad dying in a horrible accident, my cat dying, getting laid off and getting covid, I was a mess, I've tried everything and I'm afraid to jinx it but after a week, I'm really feeling better, cross fingers.

2nd Update: After my last update, I had been wearing the patch for a couple of hours when I started to get really sleepy and eventually couldn't focus on work and had to take a nap. So, if you need to relax into a nap, I'd say give these a try, but I didn't like the feeling of it making me so tired in the middle of the day.1st Update: I tried one yesterday for a little bit and I think it helped, but I also took a salt bath which definitely helped, so it was hard to discern what was what. Also, I wore mine on my shoulder and it made it through the bath pretty well keeping it out of the water. I tried one again today and I do think it is working, I feel very calm, very chill. Like just, steady, and maybe a tad sleepy, but more so mellowed than wanting to take a nap.Original Review: This patch contains a vitamin I'm already getting in another supplement so I'm going to wait and plan to try these during my next Luteal phase -- see if wearing them helps with the PMS blues lol. I didn't see the ingredients listed so for those who also like to know what they're putting on their body, they are a proprietary blend of: 5-HTP, Ashwagandha Root, Black Cohosh, Chasteberry, Creatine, Eleuthero Root, Gingko Biloba Leaf, Gotu Kola, L-Theanine, Lemon Balm Leaf Extract, NAC, Rhodiola Rosea, Saffron, and SAM-e. While I'm sure they are not organic or would have been designated as such, all of these appear to be good things to be absorbed through the skin. With 30 patches included, and one lasting 8 hours, this seems like a good deal.

Works great, would highly recommend

I wanted to love these. I bought three different vici patches and these are one of them. I didn't notice anything with any of these patches. They went on great stayed all day. But I didn't notice anything at all. I feel like I just got ripped off. I personally would save your money. I don't understand how all these have good reviews like I said I tried three different ones and these are one of them with no difference.

Helps with my sadness

From the ingredients = I wasn't sure how the patch would work for me.EG: approx. 1/2 generally energize me - the other 1/2 calming / sleep.My interest is not about mood, but calming / unwinding before bed.My go-to is Melatonin which doesn't always work.I didn't find mentioned how long before the patch starts to work.Turns out for me = I started feeling my mind calming / shutting down in 5 minutes.> It's quite noticeable and much quicker that I expected.> After 30 minutes the feeling hadn't gotten any stronger, which I was glad of =I went to bed and the dullness helped me get to sleep.I'm glad I didn't use the patch during the day.From the ingredients = I can see this may / may-not be effective for some.And / or effect them differently.The patch sticks very well.For me this turned out to be a sleep aid.Made in USAA bit pricey = reason = 4 stars
