This is the best laptop I have ever had! It works great. I do my budget,grocery list and and scrolling through social media. I can have multiple tabs open and it also has a function to do 2 or more screens! I got the rose gold and it is sleek and not too big

For starters, I'd like to make it clear, this computer was excellent, especially for the price. I'm very knowledgeable about computers so I know what to look for when shopping for them. I had only one problem which is why I didn't give 5 stars and that was it had a wifi connection glitch after a few weeks of owning it. While it was at idle or even while browsing or watching a Netflix app, it kept losing the wifi connection intermittently and it was a crap shot with how soon it would reconnect. Other than that it was great.

What a great laptop this is. I finally got rid of my desk-top computer and decided for a laptop instead for the easy of being able to take it with me when I travel. For the money, this Lenovo is absolutely an amazing deal! It's quiet, fast, great size, monitor is crisp, easy to hook up to a larger monitor and other accessories. What can I say...I'm a happy camper!!

I find the laptop very small and the keyboard equally small. Consequently the screen is very small and the fonts not readable. It should be noted the cost should have given me a hint. Once I put a large display on the device there is only one USB port available, I require a minimum of two. It is very "Microsoft" which is like having someone always asking for money from you at every turn. So I am not happy with this, but will see how long it lasts, given Microsoft destroyed my last laptop with their unwanted and not authorized updates.A last note, the laptop has a limited number of USB ports and has no CD/DVD. Meaning everything must be downloaded and you can not burn a copy.Be advised that it is advertised as "1 TB SSD". The Laptop does not have an SSD, that was a lie. It has a Timetec 35TTQNM2SATA-1TB Standard SATA Disk Drive. Please note that it the WIN11 S mode is significantly less friendly than Win10 and has made adding devices very difficult. I should note that the Laptop will occasionally not access files and must be restarted. Also the heat vent is on the top of the keyboard and is easily covered thus not allowing the Laptop to cool.UPDATE 6.3.2025: This was purchase in Oct 2023. I do not use the keyboard but have it hooked to a 32 inch display and Logi keyboard. What I am running into now is it get hung on start up and will not power up all the way. I think I may have to replace the unit. The On/Off button is extremely small and I am thinking it dows not always seem to work.Having used the Laptop a bit, It is extremely slow in accessing files. It becomes very noticable because while this is occurring everything freezes, as indicated by the cursor/mouse freezing until the task is complete. I have also encountered that the files will not open and the Laptop must be Restarted. The ON/OFF button is extremely small, this will be the first item to break thus allowing you to through away a working laptop early.Just an update: Please note the number of USB ports is limited, and I found when using an external drive there is no room for anything more. I have also found that the the computer locks the user out when it accesses my external drives. When I seek the drives being accessed, you might as well get a coffee because all keyboard or mouse inputs are ignored. This may last from several minutes to as much as 10 to 15 minutes.

I like this computer, it works well once I'm able to get it to start. I have to keep pressing the power button and it takes a while before it actually powers up. I'm hoping this is not a problem that will get worse over time. I don't want to have to return it so I'll have to see what happens over time.

We bought 2 of these computers to act as backups for our current computers:Likes: Very solid build, good quality keyboard and reasonably fast processorDislikes: Came installed with Windows in S mode which was not obvious from the listing on Amazon. Luckily the steps to convert from S mode to Home mode were not too bad and was able to make that transition
