This stuff freaking works! I’ve been using it for a little over 30 days, for the first seven days I use the recommended dose. The taste is similar to prunes. Don't get me wrong it is liquid and easy to take. I don't mind the taste because I have had worse. Since I've been taking this for a week now I noticed my mood has become not as tense. I'm going to continue taking it at least for a whole month, so I can see if I get better results.

I’ve only been taking this for a week or two, but I’ve already noticed a HUGE difference in hot flashes. I can actually sleep through the night now! I put it in my hot tea before I go to bed, and it works like a charm.
