Junk. Don't waste your time.
Where do I start. Obviously, documentation is useless - though that isn't a big deal normally. It's not rocket science. However, it's also clear that the manufacturer does not hire rocket scientists either. The dimensions of the two step unit are all wrong. There is zero way to mount the lower step on the brackets. It appears as though the lower step is too deep (front to back). My guess is that the upper and lower steps are supposed to be different dimensions. Other than fabricating my own brackets, these are absolutely useless. Some of the worst quality I've seen yet.

One of the rails was bent if my son was not here to help take the bend out I would not have been able to put them together

Heavy enough to stay in place
We had some issues with missing or damaged parts but persisted as I really needed the steps. The distance from my new house’s sunken concrete to the entry platform was more than I can manage. I love that the step pads completely stay in place without glue even when wet. Easy for me to assemble. These are very strong sturdy steps. So, not only for RVs. Perfect until I can afford new concrete sidewalk and steps which may be awhile.

Steps for my camper.
So I bought these steps so that my girlfriend can get up in my motorcycle camper. However when I got them I discovered that the steps themselves are welded improperly according to design the middle post is off by one inch or 3/4 of an inch so therefore I had to do some modifications to fix it. My only options were to return the entire package and get a refund which it's not the intention of buying the product in the first place so therefore I modified by putting spacers in between the bolts and little bit longer bolts to make it work didn't even consult the manufacturer. But it's a sturdy set of steps able to handle pretty much anything perfect for my motorcycle camper my girlfriend can step up on to it hold on to the handles and not fall over.

Esay steps
We use this in and as a step up to our planter box. It's portable and convenient to move from place to place. Really good quality. Stable & sturdy.

Buy only if you are good at fixing things
Appears that the design engineer was out sick the day this product was designed and they had someone else design and engineer it. The overall base was to short so they added some other bolts to compensate that don’t work as well for the purpose. The length of the bolts were to long so the cap nuts don’t tighten all the way so you need to space the bolts out with washers. The package was also missing the double sided sticky tap to hold down the pads for the steps. Overall the product is stable, when fixed, and can be used for casual entry into a hot tub or mobile trailer. Price is good for what it is but be prepared to be frustrated during assembly.
