I used this with inoa 6% oxidant and the grey parts of my hair have a green tinge. Has anyone else noticed this?

I've been using this product for over two years and it's the best one for me. I do have quite a lot of grey hair and I get 100% cover up. I've used different shades and never noticed any tinge. It lasts much longer than any other hair colour product that I have used before.

I mix it with 60g ,6% peroxide. Put it on my roots which I do every fortnight. It's covers most greys but not 100%.
