Absolutely love it. I have anxiety and this has helped so much. Finally something that works. No taste under the tongue. Great product.

Works like a charm. Immediate relief from nervousness, anxiety. A few minutes after you take two tablets, your breathing starts to ease. Once that happens you can gain control over the nerves, especially if you do any other re-focusing or CBT or square breathing exercises. It really just gives you a chance to feel at ease enough to get over the episode.

I've been using these products for 20 plus years.. they work. I have super high nervous disorder.. and they work. Non addictive..fast acting. Absolutely recommend all day long

I have anxiety due to chronic dizziness. This product does seem to ease it somewhat but it definitely is not a cure. It doesn't help with anxiety attacks for me either.. It's worth a try for mild anxiety though.

These work like magic. First time ever taking anything. Shortly after taking 2 tablets, I can immediately feel myself de-stressing. I will be a return customer.

I have been buying this since before it got a redesign. About 10 years or more. I just recently ran out of an amount I bought where the pills were tiny, and came in a 500 ct. Though they are the same and still help me immensely when I start to get tense and can't calm down, I do wish there was something to bind the pills together more. I know they need to be able to dissolve under the tongue, but both the new and the old bottles have a bunch of dust from pills that have crumbled due to bottle movement. If I put the tiny bottle in my bag, half the pills end up as powder again after a while. I shouldn't have to try and figure out how much powder I should ingest, or how to form them back into pills. $10 for 50 pills also feels like a ridiculous price increase, even if the pills are bigger than they used to be, they are still suggested to take several at once instead of one or two.

I'm not sure why highland changed the packaging and the amount. The price is almost doubled and the tablets are a lot bigger and there are 10 times less of them.

I had no idea this existed, until I searched for anxiety relief. I don’t get it as much as I used to, but now going through a stressful situation, I needed a little something because I didn't want to go back on SSRIs. I took one in the afternoon (helped) and one before bed as that seems to be the time it really wants to kick in. Wow. Totally relaxed and so calm I almost forgot what that felt like - these work!!! So glad I found something that helps!
