Good little machine
Good machine for my granddaughter, 9 yrs old.Reliable make.10/15 : After using the machine I realize that the ‘wheel’ is stiff, and it would not turn to lift the needle. Is there anything that I can do about it?

Throw away
I never thought I could hate a singer sewing machine. I have only owned singer sewing machines in my lifetime. But this seems to follow along with the times as something that wants to be thrown away because it just won’t work. I keep having to remove my needle because it gets stuck in the down position, trapping my cloth. The upper thread keeps getting spun around the bobbin spoke, sometimes three or more layers, and it won’t budge. I have never ever had any problem with any of the other four machines I have owned. It was not by choice that I had to give any of them up. This machine is an absolute FAIL.
