These are my go to gummies. When I don't use them, I notice. Just takes the edge off and seems to improve mood and helps with anxiety. Good taste.

I get grumpy when I run out. They taste great and improve my mood. I take a couple in the morning,a couple in the afternoon and also a couple before bed. Great side effect... makes my dreams happier.I no longer have disturbing weird nightmares.

So been taking these for a few days in the morning and then a little after lunch…are they helping? I’d say I do feel something. Now is it because they are legit and whatever they have in them is actually working or its not but me taking them plays a trick on my mind that I should feel something…therefor I do. Either way…I feel something and for that? I give it a positive rating. Flavor isn’t too bad…it’s no Sour Patch or Skittles kinda sweet tasting…but I could see myself eating a quite a few at a time. Soooo, give them a shot.
