These are brilliant
Thes gave such instant relief to my tender heels that I ordered two more sets immediately - of of which is for my friend who has plantar fasciatis. They fir me perfectly and stay in place really well. The edges are super soft and comfortable and there is no chafing at allHonestly these are a game changer and are so wonderful that I even wear them inside my house slippers - which until these arrived had been my most comfortable shoes. Wonderful for shock absorbing - would 100% recommend The size guide seems very accurate to

Really good product
Bought these after Achilles tendon surgery. Easy to fit into any type of shoe and are very comfortable. Come in and out of shoes with no hassle. Soft and flexible.

Heel absorbers
Quite difficult to keep in place when you put your foot in or perhaps I am doing it wrong. Not 100% suitable for all shoes as they make the shoe tight but did help my heel.

Heel Cushion Cups - pros & cons
The media could not be loaded. Pros - They fit in all my footwear (except my slipper boots) and easily changeable. My Merrell walking boots have a high ankle, so the sides of the cushion cups could have squashed down when trying to push my foot into the boots but I just used the shoehorn that I have and they went on without any problems. They are very soft and springy under my heel which is what I wanted, as I have excruciating plantar fasciitis right under my left heel pad to the point I can hardly walk. A specialist recommended these cushion heel cups so I thought I'd try them as the price was really reasonable.Cons - after having the cushion heel cups in my boots for a few hours, having initially helped slightly, only taking away the pain a fraction, by the time I took my boots off , all of my foot was throbbing. I'm not sure if you're supposed to wear them for shorter periods to start with and then build up the time but after that first time wearing them they just caused more pain by the end of the day and my heel and hip were so, so painful that night. I'll persevere with shorter periods wearing them and see if this improves. I'll update my review in a few weeks. The other problem I found, I tried them in my slipper boots but they just pushed my foot forward so my toes were pushing against the front of the slipper, making them very uncomfortable, so they weren't suitable for them, probably as they're quite flat and the cushion heel cup raises my heel too much which pushes my foot forward.I've had my heel pad pain for about 9 months and it's become more and more unbearable, so I might be beyond these cushion heel cups being able to bring any relief. They would probably help bring relief to milder heel pain but I didn't seek help until recently, so I've no doubt made my problem worse by not seeking earlier treatment.I will keep trying and update my review in a few weeks.

Won't stay in place. Much too big. Not comfortable.
Impossible to put on shoes easily with these inserted. They just collapse around the collar and squish up. Really frustrating. Would be good if they did not have such a high collar and if they perhaps had a sticky base. Although I purchased the correct size for myself, they are much too big, and despite cutting them down to size with scissors, I cannot use them. They are not very comfortable under the heel because they are quite hard there. Although honeycomb style, when compressed by the heel, they end up just being med-hard rubber. Not nearly as good as gel heel inserts. I should not have believed the reviews!
