Tutor Auto Rear Liftgate Chrome Handle Rear Tail Gate Finish Molding Compatible with 2013-2016 Nissan Pathfinder S SL SV 3.5L Replace 90810-9PG0A

I ordered the Tutor Auto Rear Lift gate Chrome Handle Molding Compatible with 2013-2016 Nissan Pathfinder for our 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. No instructions were included so here is what I did. It is not hard to install but its not an item you're just going to snap in place either. You need to remove the inside trim from the lift gate which just pulls off on the top and sides but not the bottom. I just let it swing from the bottom and had enough room to work. There are 4 nuts and possibly a couple clips that need to be removed to get the old piece loose. Detach the lift gate latch release connector and camera connector if you have a backup camera. Then carefully pull out the wires as you remove the old trim. The new trim comes with a single button latch release button so I had to remove it and swap it out for our 2 button latch release. I also had to remove my back-up camera from the old trim and install it on the new trim, just 4 screws and it only installs one way on the trim so you can't mess it up. Once I had the new trim assembled I got it in place and hooked the wires back up and tested the latch and camera before finishing the install and saw that everything worked. I put the trim in place and tightened it back down with the 4 nuts from inside the lift gate. When snapping the trim back in place pay attention that the clips line up with the holes because they can be snapped pretty easy. I am very happy with this item and would definitely recommend it!

I am not handy and this seemed intimidating to me at first. However, it was very easy to do. Someone stole my husband's chrome liftgate cover off of his 2015 Pathfinder S. We ordered this to replace it. This came with the full and complete assembly, which included the push button, wires, the black mounting piece and the chrome cover. These come together fully assembled. It was surprisingly easy to install. We had to remove the tabs in the inside of his trunk door, remove 4 nuts, pop off the old one and unplug the electronic button. Then plugged in the new button (it just plugs in, no wiring to do), put the liftgate cover assembly in place, and fasten the nuts back on. We popped the trunk panel back on and added the fastener tabs back on and we were done. The hardest part was finding the socket we needed. I believe we ended up with a 8mm. This cover came free of defects and is a perfect match to the OEM. All of the holes lined up perfectly and the electronic push button operated the lock flawlessly. I definitely recommend this to anyone needing a replacement.
