As said great boost, sent back tho and got a mxr micro amp instead. Bullet proof build quality as you expect from MXR.

Couldn't get a decent gain sound with it. Valve amp, US strat and LP standard, no other effects in the chain, and sounded like noise. No issue with other mxr products.

Questo pedale non è per il metal, o rock spinto. Invece offre un overdrive che parte da zero crunch a livelli medi ma sufficienti se fai generi stile U2 ad esempio. Le note variano con il tocco, quindi toccando piano, poco crunch, se tocchi forte si sente di piu. Arpeggi ritmiche, tutto. Molto bene era quello che cercavo, avevo un altro overdrive che gia al minimo era spinto, non potevo usarlo su generi pop rock al meglio. Il canale Boost è indipendente, molto bene! E si puo sommare con il canale overdrive, ottimo pedale! Se lo usava the Edge, U2…. Io ho detto tutto!

J'ai commandé ce produit pour booster le gain de mon ampli à lampes et avoir un boost volume pour les solos. Le son de l'overdrive est pourri, c'est clairement un son de fuzz donc rien a voir. Le boost quant à lui ne marchait pas. Le rapport prix/résultat est abusé. J'ai pris une mojomojo à la place, certes il faut un boost en plus mais le son de l'overdrive n'a rien à voir, c'est beaucoup mieux et le prix est vraiment intéressant en comparaison.

Build is High quality, boost is great but I find the overdrive hard to get good sounds very muddy and fuzzy but usable with patience

Un exclente overdirve/booster, yo lo queria usar en vez de mi ts9 pero no, este pedal no te da ese rango de medios, pero si te da mas graves y agudos dependeniendo como lo ecualizes y el booster le da mas sutain

My buddy recently purchased a MK423II clean boost and it made everything sound beefy and clear. Not wanting to be a copy cat I sampled every clean boost on the market to find my own tone juicer. I plugged into the MC402 and it was love at first listen! This box is incredibly quiet and deliverers nothing but pure clean boost goodness. Oh yeah, it also has an incredible overdrive circuit that prompted me to disolve my whole collection of distortion boxes. Keep it simple stupid is my new motto! Buy it, you won't be sorry.
