It is on securely and fully charged. Any suggestions?** A: I encountered this same issue. I reseated the cup cover several times. I carefully looked at each piece . I found a shaving stuck in the hole of the body part that the pin of the covernéeds to be fully seated. I used a moistened Qtip to clean the groove and pin hole of the cover. Replaced cover making sure the nib on the shaving cover slid completely into the hole. (Bottom of the sliding cover). It worked😂. I watch each time I replace the cover. It has worked great since. Please advise, than** A: Press-Bounce up and down on just the tip after basic sharpening, Only engaged just enough pencil in the blades to make contact with end/tip of pencil. About 10-12 fast presses. Really changes things!!!! Check and confirm if sharp enough, if not repeat. Clean blades regularly!!
