I run a small restaurant and we do cooking classes and these were absolutely lovely and everybody wanted to purchase them from me!

This little rolling pin is actually very awesome, I find myself using it more often than my big traditional rolling pin. It fits in my utensil caddy along with my wooden utensils, so easy to grab in a pinch for whatever your doing! Great for rolling out cookie dough and even pie crust in a pinch! I did wash before using, let it dry and applied a few coats of olive oil to it and let it rest between coats so to season it a bit. Then dusted it with flour before rolling my doughs. I simply wash by hand with dish soap and rag let it dry and apply oil when needed.

I used it to make nun-chucks. (Don't ask me why, I don't know) But the wood is quality, didn't spilt, and is a good size in the hand. 10/10

I like it! It gets the job done. It’s a little rough. Not quite splintery but i think if i use it more it’ll get better.

I bought this for my friend and she loves it! So much so that I went and ordered 2 more for friends. It's light weight and easy to grip. It has marks to cut even amounts of dough, it's sturdy enough to flatten even firm dough without bowing in the middle. I highly recommend this rolling pin.Update: put it in the dish washer and it came out rough like it had splinters forming.

Just what I needed

I started making homemade dog treats and biscuits, I never thought I needed a rolling pin until this one, now I love it, it is perfect, the best I have ever used. Easy to use, lightweight, perfect. I never knew I needed this until I purchased it, makes rolling dough and life easier.
