These multivitamins are awesome! They're easy to take because they're chewable and our kids love them, they actually ask for their vitamin every morning. Excellent vitamins to have. I like this product because it has Qurcetin which is important it synergies when you take Zinc to be more affective to boost your immunity along with everything that's in these vitamins.

According to my son who has been taking another high quality brand kids multi, says these taste terrible. Plus you have to take two per dose so it takes him a while to get through it since they don’t taste good. They also aren’t returnable either according to the policy so buyer beware
