Perfect for the Linx 10 Lite
I bought this for my Linx 10 Light (exclusive to Sainsburys) and it clipped in and works perfectly with no need to tinker with settings at all, despite being described as fitting the 1010 only. The mouse tracker pad is smooth and quick despite some saying it was slow and glitchy or didn't work!Quite weighty in a very good way as it supports the tablet screen very sturdily. The tablet part is easy to clip in and also easy to remove and doesn't simply fall out as some people have claimed! There is also great little case on Amazon which is made to fit perfectly too, which I will be getting next. The Linx 10 Light tablet as I have discovered is exactly the same in appearance as the 1010 and 1010B so the camera and speakers are situated in the same place. All round, the keyboard added, makes this a great piece of kit!

Turns the linx tablet into a laptop
For the price this is absolutely brilliant. Effectively turns my linx into a supercheap laptop. Good quality keyboard and fits perfectly. The hinge is very sturdy too so it doesn't feel cheap and flimsy. The only downside is that it is a little heavy and the track pad is small and easy to touch accidentally when typing but that can't be helped on such a small device. Overall it makes my linx better for typing on than my Surface 3, which is ridiculous given the massive difference in price.

Works well
The keyboard is pretty much essential if you use the Linx 1010 in anything other than tablet mode. It represents good value for money and protects the screen. It is as thick as the tablet so the combination isn't thin but then it isn't expensive either and the keyboard works very well.

Exactly what I needed after accidentally spilling coffee on the original. It's the genuine article, so you can order safely.

Lovely when it works but unfortunately it never works.
When it works it is really great and the tablet feels just like a laptop. I would really have loved to keep this but it's going to have to go back. The connection is horrendous and only works on a flat surface, moving or nudging the tablet often drops the connection and it doesn't always reconnect properly. Windows constantly coming up with errors, letters I press only once get repeated 20 times and it's just completely intermittent.I have checked that I am using the correct tablet for the keyboard, the standard linx 1010 as described and mentioned by many other reviewers. The build quality feels really lovely but I just can't put up with the constant connection issues.

Can't have the tablet with out the dock
Excellent item - the dock is strong to stop the tablet moving and a good weight to stop it from shifting off a flat position no matter what angle the tablet lies in - it doesn't shift position even if you get up to move around - perfect for what I wanted - I've had Samsung & Ipads which to me are nothing but big phones - this machine acts as a tablet but with this item acts like a laptop with the 2 USB's (tablet & PC mode) and with free word/PowerPoint/excel this gives me everything I need if I want to do a bit of work from home - I recommend the Linx tablet but the keyboard dock is a must either bought separately or as a bundle - this is an impartial review from a straight talker

Brilliant solid keyboard let down by pesky Pogo Pin connection
The first thing I noticed about this keyboard was the weight - that's a good thing because it needs the weight in order to counterbalance the tablet and stop it tipping over at full tilt. I'm no touch typist - more of a sausage fingered gorilla but typing on this unit is fine for me writing emails etc. I wouldn't want to do any serious long form projects but for general home use it's perfectly adequate.Decent trackpad on my unit. I don't know if there have been any QC issues judging by the other reviews but I can work the cursor just fine. Nice positive click when you press it. No problem scrolling web pages with two fingers etc. It's not as nice as a MacBook but easily blows my £1400 Sony Vaio out of the water (all Sony Vaio trackpads suck). The hinge is quite substantial and nice and firm - not too slack and not too stiff - just what you need for setting the viewing angle.VFM is spot on - this isn't some 3rd party Bluetooth rubbish (lots of those around) this thing doesn't cost too much. Why only three stars? Well it's all down to the connectivity of the device to the keyboard. Linx call their multi-pin connection 'Pogo Pin connector'. On my unit the connection is unreliable when the unit is moved around. If it's connected and on a firm surface like a table top then it's fine and behaves itself. However, if you have the unit on your lap or pick it up a certain way the connection drops out and Windows chimes away switching between laptop and tablet mode. I've checked for debris and that the terminals are clean (both tablet and keyboard are new). The physical connection doesn't feel loose - in fact it's impressively sturdy given it's just magnetic - you can dangle the unit by the screen and it won't fall off even if you shake it around a fair bit.In fairness to Linx given it's so cheap and as a combo the kit does a great job so it does feel a bit mean knocking two stars off what would otherwise be a 5 star review. I was thinking maybe 4 stars but the connection should be better - it lets the side down.My above mentioned sausage fingers caused a fair few problems whilst writing this review - I inadvertently brushed against either the screen or the trackpad a various times sending the cursor around randomly and generally mucking things up in the process. It's a small device and something I'll need to adjust too the more I use it.Overall this keyboard does make the Linx a lot more useful than in tablet form - let's face it MS aren't winning any prizes for Windows 10 being touch friendly - there are barely any 'Apps' as such so it's good to get more mileage from the excellent Linx 1010 by pairing with this keyboard. I would recommend it even it you only used it as a slightly overpriced tablet stand.

HAPPY SHOPPER
The keyboard is listed as new, but does not come in the original box. But it is clearly brand new.The keyboard is listed for the linx 1010b, but this is compatible with the linx 1020, which is the device I bought it for.I would definitely buy again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
