Very Small
Whilst described as extra large, it is NOT, as it is not much bigger than a 12-14 year old child. Clearly made for the Chinese market and NOT UK or the rest of the World generally!!

Not worth the money
I have a condition which means my shoulders and neck are in constant pain. so I had High Hopes for this, but I've been very disappointed it's heavy and it goes cold very quickly.

Had this item for two days. Followed instructions but it is split and the seeds are pouring out. Asked about a return and was told the item was not eligible for return. A total waste of money.

Really heavy if you suffer from arthritis
Item is really heavy and as I suffer from arthritis, it ways my neck down to a point of more pain.

So soothing
These heat packs are awesome!! We have the neck one and lower back one and use them constantly. They heat so nicely and are sort of weighted and help so much to relax the neck at the end of a long day. I have recommended to many family members!

Doesn't stay warm for long
I wish the lavender scent was stronger but it does help with my neck pain.

So warm, snuggly, effective
After spending a small fortune on heat/cool pads for my neck and shoulders over the years, someone recommended this product. I bought it reluctantly, expecting it to slide right off my shoulders like all the others to live in the aches-and-pains-product fail box. I was surprised to find that it has a nice contour and is heavy enough to stay on my neck and shoulders even if I am moving around. It comes up over my neck to cover my sub-occipital area, cradling my head in warmth that feels wonderful. It is very soft and comfortable as well, adding to its snuggle capacity. You can use it warm or cold. In fact I think I will go heat it up and drape it over my shoulders right now, and maybe make some hot chocolate too.
